Teaching YOU to ride motorcycles safely is OUR business!
HOOMSC has two locations - Norman, OK and Enid, OK. We proudly serve Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. We are contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to provide motorcycle instruction as directed and approved by the Oklahoma DPS Motorcycle Safety Unit and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. No previous riding experience is required to attend our classes. We start with the basic fundamentals and provide students with the opportunity to learn to ride safely prior to the purchase of their own motorcycle.

It is now mandatory to attend and pass a Basic Rider Course to obtain your "L" motorcycle endorsement if you are under the age of 18 years of age.

Bobby Williams, owner and instructor of HOOMSC and a former Police Officer also teaches advanced
motorcycle riding courses. Bobby has won several police motorcycle competitions in Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska and Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Select your desired class and make your payment to reserve your seat.
You will be asked for your Driver's License number.
All 14 to 16-year-old students must bring a copy of their birth certificate to the first day of class. Parent or Guardian will fill out forms - if the student doesn't have a Driver's License.

MSF Basic RiderCourse must be completed 4 to 5 days BEFORE the start of your scheduled class BUT not more than 30 days prcomplete the course ($19 charge separate from BRC class).
